4 Pieces Takes Some Adjustments to Wear

The only difference between the picture and reality is that the jacket and the skirt are separate other than one piece and the jacket is very short so it will not touch the skirt without pins being added and even then it fits like a bolero jacket so you can expect the back to show the white of the T-shirt. There’s a major problem with the T-shirt buttons being spaced far too far apart so the space between the front buttons willwill balloon at the bust and has to be rectified by adding an extra stitch. The material is warm flannel and is exactly like it appears to be in the picture. It is very satisfying. The shirt is a modern style blouse with a cravat that velcros over it. The cravat is huge and it is unlikely that any female neck will need to be that big so be prepared to make adjustments by adding more Velcro and making it smaller. The cravat does not tend to stay in place, because it is not part of the blouse. It will pop out from the jacket and we’ll have to tuck it again and again. I have to pin mine on both sides to the actual jacket to hold them together. It is frustrating that it takes five locking pins to hold the jacket to the skirt, the cravat to the jacket, the shirt closed and to the skirt. I cover the whole look up with a big shawl just in case. It has a zipper down the right side and has laces in the back. The length of the gown is excessive so unless you are 6 ft tall, you will need to make adjustments. I can’t walk without lifting and carrying the hem. Because it’s final stuff will stick to it so dragging on the floor wherever you stand does not help.
